A place to wash cars and motorbikes.. the results are clean and fast, there is no long queue and the waiting area is very comfortable if you want to wash yourself you can too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang sekali, pengalaman pertama kurang berkesan. Baru pulang dari perjalanan jauh+menerobos hujan niat hati ingin coba grass touchless wash. Pas datang masih belum buka karena memang datang terlalu pagi (buka jam 8), tidak masalah sekaligus istirahat sembari pegawai bersiap siap. Proses cuci tidak memakan waktu lama, ±5 menit motor selesai paket cuci+wax Rp27.000. Ternyata setelah sampai rumah diteliti kembali hasil cucinya, sedikit kecewa karena masih ada beberapa spot yang kotor tidak tercuci dengan bersih terutama dibagian kolong, spakbor, dan beberapa spot di velg. Padahal setelah selesai mencuci ada QC dari mba kasirnya mungkin (menurut saya) mengecek apakah ada kotoran yang masih belum tercuci tetapi ternyata QC-nya tidak menjamin juga. Mungkin masukan saja untuk bagian kolong tidak masalah kalau terpaksa harus digosok/diusap dengan kain atau sikat halus, jangan nantinya Grass hanya menjual gimmick "touchless wash". Selebihnya pelayanannya baik semoga terus dapat berkembang.
Unfortunately, the first experience was less than memorable. Just got back from a long trip + through the rain, I was determined to try grass touchless wash. When I arrived, it was still not open because it was too early (opens at 8), there was no problem at the same time taking a break while the employees were getting ready. The washing process doesn't take long, ±5 minutes the motorbike is finished, the washing + wax package is IDR 27,000. It turned out that after arriving at the house, the results of the washing were re-examined, a little disappointed because there were still some dirty spots that were not washed clean, especially the underside, fenders, and some spots on the wheels. Even though after finishing washing there was a QC from the cashier, maybe (in my opinion) checking if there was dirt that had not been washed but apparently the QC didn't guarantee either. Maybe just enter it for the underside, it doesn't matter if you have to rub it with a soft cloth or brush, don't let Grass just sell the "touchless wash" gimmick. The rest of the service is good, hopefully it can continue to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali nyoba nyuci disini, karna pengen buktiin se efektif apa shampo nya, sengaja mobilnya belum saya cuci lama karna biar kotorannya numpuk, ternyata emang betul, hasilnya bersih.
ada masukan untuk grass, lebih detail lagi pencuciannya, karna di bagian velg dalam dan kolong mesin kurang bersih sedikit, tapi yang lain sudah oke. terimakasih

there is input for grass, more details on the washing, because the inside and under the engine are a little less clean, but everything else is okay. thank you
