★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a lost card replacement service today. Service was quick and satisfying. But, is there a 'fee' for card replacement of Rp 20,000? After the new card was obtained, the employee immediately said: "Rp 20,000 fee". Then after I checked the app, it turned out that there was a purchase of disney+ hotstar package 3 GB for 30 days. Is this a 'fee' or a 'forced' promotion?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a service! That was the best and fastest problem solving ever. It took only 3 mins to solve my problems. The queue was jammed and full-traffic but it was only 10-15mins to wait since there were 15 (or more) tables. Your line number will be visualized digitally, and you'll realize your line number being called because the voice was really clear. A cold and cozy place to wait although you have to wait for your queue.
