Lingkungan nya juga ramah , tetangga nya saling gotong royong Dan yang lebih buat saya merasa puas ialah proses pengajuan KPR nya sangat cepat dulu saya booking sampai akad kredit cuma memakan waktu 1 bulan , pokoknya untuk kelas rumah subsidi grand mutiara 2 paling work it sih ? Biar bintang yang berbicara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya bangga ada rumah grand mutiara 2 kalo rumah nya bagus terus kalo hujan kaga banjir pokoknya nyaman untuk dihuni apalagi tetangga nya rama-rama apalagi masjid nya dekat jadi enak kalo mau sholat☺️
I'm proud to have a grand Mutiara 2 house, if the house is good, then if it rains it doesn't flood, it's just comfortable to live in, especially if the neighbors are busy, especially the mosque is close, so it's good if you want to pray ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan nya bagus, dan strategis bgt lokasi nya. Sdh ramai penghuni nya dan uang muka nya sgt terjangkau. Proses nya mudah dan marketing nya sangat proaktif sekali ngurusin berkas kita sampai diacc bank. Silahkan buat kalian yg mau punya rumah sendiri. Recomended bgt perumahan nya ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit bercerita, selama sy & klrg tinggal di perumahan ini banyak sekali keuntungan yg kami rasakan. Kemana2 gampang krn dekat dgn jln raya cileungsi, dekat jg dgn minimarket alfamart, sekolah, pasar, klinik, RS.
Didalam perumahan jg sdh dibangun Masjid, lapangan bulutangkis, lapangan volly, lapangan futsal, taman bermain dan PAUD. Rt pun sudah terbentuk disini, remaja karang taruna sangat aktif & berjalan lancar, kekompakan warga patut diacungkan jempol.
Majunya perum Grand mutiara 2 ini didukung jg dgn adanya internet didalamnya. Keamanan terjaga, dgn adanya security dan portal di setiap sudut. Dan tak kalah pentingnya, air dsini sangat jernih karena merupakan tanah darat sehingga airnya dpt dikonsumsi bagi kami warga Grand Mutiara 2.
