I checked in on Friday night and I thought it was busy day, because the check in process took quite a while. They gave us rooms in separated floor because the rooms were full, they said. I got an upgraded room at 20th floor
However I witnessed unusual scene at the floor. I never met other guests at the floor. I saw lunchbox delivered to each room every morning, noon, and night. At times, I also saw laundry bag in front of a door, like waited to be picked up by hotel staffs. I guessed that these rooms are isolation room for those who just came to Jakarta from abroad, but I didn't confirm it to the staffs because I didn't have the time.
If you want to stay here, I think it's best to request for room not in the same floor as isolation rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, expectation vs reality… it was disappointing. Stayed there for my 7d quarantine. At least the room was spacious, AC and wifi was working fine. However, the food quality was not great.. Most of the time it wasn’t fresh. A few times the pasta and side vegetables had gone sour. One night, they didn’t clear my lunch and dinner boxes which I had placed back outside the room. Think this attracted the baby cockroach that I saw in my room? Thankfully I saw it on my last night. I called to inform them the next morning, to which they simply replied “oh”. However, I suspect there might be a new family of cockroaches breeding in/near my room since I saw a baby one. Management, please check.
Besides that, the staff were all polite, professional and nice! They offer daily room cleaning.
Still grateful it was a spacious room with decent wifi and AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is great, I got a great view of Jakarta. However the room service wasn’t that satisfying. We have to wait long for the housekeeping to finally clean our room. And not to mention we have to request them to take out the garbage, if not they didn’t do it. Food were quite disappointing at first day but later on it became better. Not the most delicious but still acceptable compared to the first day of stay. Hopefully the food flavour is consistent later on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my favorite hotels. very worth the price. their staffs are kind and helpful. i like their simple yet modern and sophisticated design.
the bedroom is very spacious, larger than many hotels in jakarta with similar price. the room is clean and the bed is comfy. the bathroom area is large too. the shower area is separated with glass wall to the bedroom but they have a curtain to cover up if you don't feel comfortable.
the dining room is also very spacious, with outdoor area too. they have so many selection of foods from all over the place: indonesian, western, japanese, indian, arabian dishes. everything is delicious.
they also have many meeting rooms available. aside from being wide in size, the room has a very high ceiling. so it feels really spacious. the meeting snacks are provided on time. they are all delicious, but i'm not a fan of their sliced cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the room even tho it's considered as a new building was surprisingly not quite good, doors are hard to slide, I even found a bug in my room. For this price i hoped for more from the room quality and hygiene.
The service is great, the staff's are so humbled and helping.
The breakfast is great, they have lots of choices from Indonesian cuisins, western, even sushi. You should try the sambal the have.
