★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya lokasi apartmentnya sangat strategis, namun sayangnya fasilitas pendukungnya agak kurang, seperti pilihan TV Kabel yg hanya 1, lalu tidak adanya kemungkinan utk pakai kompor gas, padahal kompor listrik sudah terbukti lebih mahal..
Actually the location of the apartment is very strategic, but unfortunately the supporting facilities are a bit lacking, such as the choice of Cable TV which is only 1, then there is no possibility to use a gas stove, even though electric stoves have proven to be more expensive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketipu sama marketing nya, pas mau ambil apt dijanjiin ini itu ternyata ga bisa. Udah booking fee 10 juta , cuman dibalikin 5 juta aja . Kebanyakan janji2 manis aja .
Deceived by the marketing, when I wanted to take the apt, I was promised this, it turned out that I couldn't. Already booking fee of 10 million, only 5 million is returned. Most of the promises are sweet.
