The access is close to the station, there is a waterpark too and there is Alun alun Depok ... fun kids can play there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya konsumen GDC yang KECEWA. Beli rumah di GDC New Anggrek 2 yang 2 lantai, tapi sudah hampir 1 tahun nih lantai 1 aja belum terbentuk.. ckckckck.. parah bgt! Pembangunannya mandek dan berbulan2 tidak ada progress. Komplen ke pihak terkait dari bagian produksi, bagian marketing, sampe ke bagian keuangan juga percuma, tetep aja rumah ga ada pergerakan bentuknya. Akhirnya minta batalin aja deh, tapi katanya kalau dibatalin uang yang akan dikembalikan ke saya hanya 70% saja, padahal kesalahan pihak developer. Komplen di Instagram malah account instagram saya di block..pantes hampir setiap postingan GDC di Instagram kelihatannya tidak ada yang comment, jangan2 isinya komplenan orang semua. PAYAH, perusahaan sebesar ini tidak profesional mengahadapi komplen konsumennya. KAPOK BGT!
I'm a DISAPPOINTED GDC consumer. Buy a house in GDC New Anggrek 2 which is 2 floors, but it has been almost 1 year since the 1st floor hasn't been formed yet ... ckckckck .. it's really bad! The construction was stagnant and for months there was no progress. Complaints to related parties from the production department, the marketing department, to the finance department are also useless, but there is no movement in the house. Finally, I just canceled it, but he said if the cancellation of the money that would be returned to me was only 70%, even though the developer had made a mistake. Complains on Instagram, even my Instagram account is blocked ... almost every GDC post on Instagram doesn't seem to be commented, don't be complaining about everyone. PAYAH, a company this big is not professional in dealing with customer complaints. KAPOK BGT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ akad pada 2018 sampai 2020 belum serah terima. marketing tukang bohong. bilang jadi cuma 6 bulan. orang produksinya sama aja ga tepat janji. sangat amat tidak rekomen...
the contract from 2018 to 2020 has not been handed over. marketing liar. said so only 6 months. the production people are just the same, not exactly the promise very very no recommendation ...

dipikirkan lagi kalau mau beli, kalau memang mau beli di GDC cari ke orang yang mau jual dan sertifikat sudah ada.
Employees and staff are not professional.
house construction has stalled
Legal documents are slow.
Think again if you want to buy, if you really want to buy at GDC, look for the person who wants to sell and the certificate already exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ smua pembangunan gdc mulai rumah hingga cluaternya kafyawannya hanya bisa berjualan saja dan hanya janji2 perwncanaan tdk sesuai dengan hasilnya , selesai bulan tinggal tdk ada perawatan dan cuatomer servicenya. semua berantakan, skrng banyak lapak2liar yg malah merugikan pemilik Ruko tsb
All GDC construction, starting from houses to clusters, the employees can only sell and only planning promises that don't match the results, after a month there is no maintenance and customer service. everything is a mess, now there are a lot of wild stalls that are actually harming the owner of the shop . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
