Terima kasih untuk pemerintah kota Depok, akhirnya Kota Depok punya alun-alun. yang berada di Grand Dahlia cluster, tempat ini sepenuhnya belum semua rampung termasuk kolam renang Belum dibuat, tempat ini keren banget sarana olahraga nya hampir semua ada.....!!!

Saya beli tahun 2015, sejak awal pembangunan sudah gak beres, material bangunan yang sering habis, tukang kerja asal2an, bikin pondasi saja salah, pasang pipa buangan air utama malah lebih tinggi luar drpd dalam, tukang yang lari sehingga ngaret, project manager yang bahkan gak tau tukangnya sedang mengerjakan apa, mandor ngilang2. Kualitas bangunan bocor dimana2, semua sisi dinding di rumah saya retak2, diperbaiki malah makin banyak retak2nya, daun pintu yang katanya sudah kering juga retak2, walaupun akhirnya diganti setelah saya komplain berkali. Rumah ratusan juta tapi garansi hanya bbrp bulan, handphone yang harganya cuma sejuta garansinya satu tahun. Maketing mudah dihubungi dan tanggap sebelum kita memutuskan beli, setelah bayar2 selesai jangan harap dipedulikan oleh mereka, lebih baik ngomong sama tembok, masih ada pantulan suaranya. Ini saya bukan hoax, saya bisa mempertanggungjawabkan apa yang saya tulis, dan sebelum membeli, ada baiknya anda diskusi dengan penghuni di Blok A, kenapa? Karena penghuni Blok A ini semuanya sudah merasakan semuanya. Kalau manajemen grand dahlia cluster keberatan dengan tulisan saya ini, sini datangin saya, kita konfirmasi semuanya. Saya yakin 100% gak akan ada yang berani datang hahha.... Saran saya, setiap anda berbicara dengan marketingnya, pastikan anda rekam atau ada saksinya. Dan setiap permintaan anda kepada marketinh, buatkan hitam diatas putih, minta mereka tanda tangan. Begitu juga jika anda dijanjikan sesuatu oleh marketing, buatkan tertulisnya, karena hanya itu nanti bukti anda. Setelah tanda jadi apalagi DP, penyakit lupa ingatan akan melanda mereka, jadi ya lebih baik siapkan bukti diawal. Yang harus dibuatkan tertulis: 1. Kapan rumah akan selesai dibangun, minta sedetail mungkin (minggu, bulan, tahun) 2. Sanksi apabila tidak selesai sesuai janji (denda uang, potongan harga, pidana) 3. Garansi rumah (apa saja yang digaransi, durasi garansi). Jangan mau dikibulin kalo dibilang, jarang ya bangunan kita bermasalah, NO....bangunannya bermasalah semuanya. 4. Garansi rumah gimana prosedur komplainnya dan berapa lama perbaikannya? Karena sudah dikomplain pun, gak ditanggapain sama mereka. 5. Sanksi bila komplain gak ditanggapin lebih dari 1x24 jam (denda uang, pidana) 6. Kontak yang bisa dihubungi setiap saat, jangan mau kalau dikasi nomor marketing. Ampe kiamat gak akan ditanggapi. 6. Pastikan semua fasilitas yang dijanjikan di brosur akan dibangun, minta jadwal pembangunannya disertai tanda tangan project manager dan distempel basah. Sayangi uang anda. Rp.500juta bukan angka yang sedikit, jangan sampai anda menyesal dikemudian hari. Terima kasih

Saya membeli rumah per Oktober 2017 Rumah ready stock karena saya butuh ditempati segera.. Positifnya: 1. Lokasi strategis, ada di komplek Grand Depok City. Menurut Marketingnya, nantinya alun-alun kota Depok akan dibangun di sebelah Grand Dahlia Cluster 2. Ada security 24 jam Negatifnya: 1. Banyak Fasum yang dijanjikan hingga saat ini belum ada yang terealisasi satupun. Playground, Masjid, Kolam Renang.. Belum ada tanda-tanda akan dikerjakan juga 2. Jalan menuju blok saya hingga saat ini, setelah 8 bulan menghuni, belum juga dirapihkan. Kalau hujan membuat jalan berlumpur 3. Lampu menuju perumahan kadang nyala, lebih sering mati 4. Manajemen kurang komunikatif dan tidak responsif terhadap keluhan penghuni. Setiap keluhan jarang direspon. Harus berkali-kali disampaikan.. Demikian.. Semoga menjadi bahan pertimbangan..

Kumpulan cluster di dalam cluster dengan akses langsung ke jalan Boulevard Grand Depok City. Cluster2nya nyaman dan aman karena ada one gate system dan ada security nya. Jalan dalam cluster sudah dicor dan cukup lebar, sehingga pengguna dan penghuninya dibuat nyaman. Harga rumah nya cukup mahal, tapi sesuai dengan harga pasaran di sekitar daerah situ, dan akses, serta lokasi yg strategis.
