Asri dan ada 5 fasum ( Planning ), namun fasum blm dibangun.
Sebagian sdh di booking kary telkom ( info dr marketingnya )
bangunan bagus, recomended.

Lokasi perumaha ke lokasi2 umum tergantung kebiasaan, tp +- 1 KM sdh ada minimarket.
Harga kompetitif utk type sejenis.
Informasinya dekat peternakan unggas ( ga tahu masih ada atau tdk peternakannya ) , tp tergantung bloknya.. mungkin dr blok2 tertentu bsa tercium bau unggas.
Secara umum recomended.

The location of the housing to public locations depends on habits, but +- 1 KM there is already a mini market.

The information is that it's near a poultry farm (don't know if it's still there or not), but it depends on the block... maybe from certain blocks you can smell the smell of poultry.
Generally recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place great environment, you'll feel at ease raising ur children there with very supportive neighbors in a very conducive neighborhood and good security.
Great construction, well built houses and u don't need to bother to adding nor repairing the construction of your new house. Because it's totally ready to occupy.
And don't forget about the price, it just makes sense just in the range of the average of the market price here. Even considering all the advantages u'll got, it's worth it.
Experience take a property that u can call 'my house'.
