★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is excellent. Very professional pet supply shop with complete range of food, vitamins and equipment. There's a vet clinic too. In this pandemic condition the store still serving customers with very good health protocol. Hand washing facilities and sanitizers are provided free for every customers. Very recommended pet shop at Bintaro Jaya area. Accepts payment by cash, debit and credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet on call is very friendly and explained in detail, also very skillful. The frontdesk officer is also very friendly and responsive. They have separated patients room for infectious & non infectious. The items on store are quite complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good id your loved ones only not feeling well, not if they are really sick or needs really serious medical treatments.
Pay attention if :
1. Your loved ones has to be hospitalized, put much attention in every detail, the clinics has very bad system in terms of communication between the doctor who in charge to your pet with the doctor who in charge in hospitalized matter.
2. If the clinic can said you’re too late to bring your pet here, you can also said you’re too late to bring them home. Take action fast if you saw bad indication while your pet hospitalized, faster than the doctor because sometimes (many times) the doctor wasn’t really responsive even in urgent situations.
Don’t really depend on them.
3. Home is the best place for our pets, if they don’t really really needs to hospitalized, better we take care our pets at home with so much love and care.
Hope it’s useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good. Been here for the veterinarian for my cats. Clean place but not very spacious (just enough). Provide veterinarian, pet necessities, inpatient and outpatient for the pets, grooming at acceptable price. Come early for vet booking, might have long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ verry dispointed.. my lovely zorro sudenly dead...pdhal dalam kondisi yg membaik.. the docter send me a message that my zorro in the good condition.. and only 1 night I didnt visit zorro .. and 6' clock they tell me my zorro died.. and give explain for me useless coz they have to be telling me that before zorro gone.. verry bad.. mereka ganti obat tanoa info ke gue .. and i realy sad losing him?? (zorro)..
