★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berkunjung ke gedung ini krn undangan untuk menjadi konsultan dalam rangka transformasi perusahaan, ini adalah kantor pusat JIEP yang saat ini sedang bertransformasi dari landlord model menjadi Developer dan commercial business, saya bertemu dengan salah satu direkturnya yang sangat VISIONER, energik dan memiliki perhatian terhadap pengembangan SDM yang tinggi, salah satu keunikan gedung ini saya lihat ada text Core values yang di tulis besar besar di tembok bahkan di atap dengan sangat artistik, disatu sudut ada hall of fame berisi piala dan piagam yg menggambarkan prestasi yg telah diukir selama ini...
 I visited this building because of the invitation to become a consultant in the context of corporate transformation, this is the head office of JIEP which is currently being transformed from landlord model to Developer and commercial business, I met one of its directors who is very VISIONARY, energetic and has attention to development High human resources, one of the uniqueness of this building I see is the text Core values written large on the wall even on the roof very artistically, in one corner there is a hall of fame containing trophies and chords that illustrate the achievements that have been carved so far ...

(padahal saya turun juga ga di depan gedungnya). Gedung dalamnya sedikit kotor (mungkin karena warna catnya).
The security guard is not friendly. I got off the gojek, the gojek was immediately told to leave in an angry tone
(even though I didn't get off in front of the building either). The inside of the building is a little dirty (maybe because of the paint color).
