★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benar benar bikin pusing 7keliling cara kerja developer ini.
Saya ngambil rumah inden, dijanjiin selesai bulan mei 2020 tapi sampai sekarang belum selesai.
Saya datangi mereka berasalasa pandemi tapi kenapa tidak ada pemberitahuan bila memang pandemi ini berpengaruh ke pembangunan rumah.
Dah berharap bisa nempati rumah sebelum lebaran. Salesnya dah risegn pula
Diundur ke bulan agustus 2020, 2minggu sebelum habis bulan agustus saya pastikan pembangunan rumah saya eh ternyata belum kelar juga, diundur lagi ke bulan oktober 2020 dan minggu lalu saya pastikan pembanguna rumah saya katanya kalo tidak akhir bulan 10 awal bulan 12.
Gimana sich ini developer?
Dah orangnya pada risegn mulu.

Setelah diajukan ke bank ngasih kabar kpr nya diterima dengan tambah dp nya, eh beberapa hari kemudian diterima tp syarat harus lunas kpr sebelumnya, benar2 tidak konsisten. Saya minta ajukan ke bank2 lain lg gtu aja, uang saya ga dikembalikan, eh marketing dintanya solusi malah ngeblok nomor saya. ? Saya sangat2 dirungikan seperti ini, MAKASIH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya nyaman ada mesjid besar di pintu masuk utama dan nyaman serta bersih bgt mesjidnya?? ruangan seperti terbuka banyak udara segar yg masuk setiap berkunjung sayang klo ga menyempatkan untuk sholat dimesjid tersebut.
Untuk perumahannya juga lumayan bagus yah ada waduknya juga di perumahan depannya
