 Aptrindo's location is very strategic and easy to find. For online services, they are responsive in providing solutions in managing Aptrindo membership. And the on-site service is pretty good.

contacting via telephone is difficult when there are STID problems, complaints using the system take too long to confirm the system. It's as if the internet network has no data,,, hadeuuuh!!!
