Waktu saya kemari ada anjing dilepas ditokonya. Walaupun hanya anjing kecil, tapi tetap mengurangi kenyamanan saya sebagai pembeli.

When I came here there was a dog released in the shop. Although only a small dog, but still reduce my comfort as a buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krn tinggal di apartemen tidak boleh ketahuan punya hewan peliharaan, Saya titip doggie saya "daycare" disini selama 3,5 tahun (hampir setiap hari, drop pagi sebelum kerja, jemput malam pulang kerja).
Pelayanan memuaskan, ownernya & karyawan juga baik dan perhatian. Doggie saya juga happy kalo setiap hari mau berangkat daycare disini, mungkin karena jadi banyak temannya..
Because living in an apartment shouldn't be caught having pets, I leave my doggie "daycare" here for 3.5 years (almost every day, drop in the morning before work, pick up the night after work).
Service is satisfying, the owner & employees are also kind and considerate. My doggie is also happy if every day I want to go daycare here, maybe because there are so many friends ..

For whatever reason, I call the person who picks up the phone, the guy is rude, his tone is like a thug. Not sure about the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah kesini 1x buat mandiin kucing, tempatnya nyaman, pemilik/pelayanannya ramah. Kucingku jadi bersih n wangi
Terus di sini cuma bisa grooming karena ga ada dokter prakteknya, tapi disini juga jual peralatan n makanan hewan lainnya. Lumayan lengkap kok!!

Been here 1x to bathe the cat, the place is comfortable, the owner / service is friendly. My cat is clean and smell good
Then you can only grooming here because there is no doctor who practices, but here also sells other pet food n equipment. It's pretty complete !!
