★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give no stars but here are the honest reasons not to train at this gym.
•Dirty gym and equipment like treadmills and weight machines, that will leave black grease marks on your hands.
•Hot no AC or even one fan
•Potential Dangers in the gym like stationary cycle/bike is not stable.
•Equipment & whole gym in need of serious maintenance
•People smoke in the back so the smoke comes into the gym.
•On the main road so pollution enters the gym.
•Members not wearing appropriate footware like sandals showing sloppy attitude and discipline.
•Seated Leg press has a slippery foot plate, so can have a potential accident.
• There is a sign asking to put your weights back but if the gym owner and staff are not even bothered to maintain the gym then how can you even ask a customer to make any effort.
• This place seems like it's for wanna be gangster's and it doesn't matter how strong you are, if there is no professionalism, customer service, standard's, or safety, then what's the point.
• The price doesn't reflect what you should get in a gym.
• Finally pictures put up of the gym are not at all what the reality is, You have been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym for those who want a determined effort and a good result of target body. This gym gives friendly ambience. Fitness equipment is quite complete. Low budget.
Very recommended gym for strongman and arm wrestling.
