★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dibandingkan gedung yang ada di sekitarnya, gedung ini termasuk cukup tua usianya. Namun, tempat ini masih kerap dipakai untuk kegiatan olahraga indoor, acara atau pameran dari pihak UNY Kampus Wates sendiri, maupun tempat resepsi (pernikahan).
Compared to the surrounding buildings, this building is quite old. However, this place is still often used for indoor sports activities, events or exhibitions from UNY Wates Campus itself, as well as for receptions (weddings).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung lama ,namun cukup luas ,bisa digunakan untuk resepsi pernikahan , dengan cara menghubungi tata usaha kampus wates untuk nego harga sewa ,dan untuk peralatan seperti both makakanan dan dekorasi mencari sendiri dri pihak luar, tarif sewa terjangakau tidak terlalu mahal
The old building, but quite spacious, can be used for wedding receptions, by contacting the Wates campus administration for a negotiable rental price, and for equipment such as both food and decoration to look for yourself outside, the rental rates are not too expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ untuk saat ini pembangunan masih berjalan juga, tapi sudah bisa dipake, ada beberapa venue antara lain kolam renang, lapangan baseball, karena juga ada pembangunan kampus wates, jadi kedepannya akan banyak fasilitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung olahraga milik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang lokasinya berada di kota Wates. Seperti pada umumnya, gedung olahraga ini bisa digunakan untuk acara-acara formal maupun non formal. Area parkir kendaraan cukup memadai. Untuk bagian gedung mungkin sudah saatnya untuk direnovasi, terlihat dari bagian-bagian gedung yang sudah rusak.
The sports building belongs to Yogyakarta State University which is located in the city of Wates. As in general, this gym can be used for formal and non-formal events. The vehicle parking area is quite adequate. For parts of the building it may be time to be renovated, it can be seen from parts of the building that have been damaged.
