★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplek perkantoran sebelum dipindahkan ke pelabuhan ratu, selanjutnya penggunaan wilayah kampus dengan fasilitas penunjang seperti lapang serbaguna - panggung terbuka kemudian sarana olahraga lengkap baik indoor maupun outdoor. Namun permasalahan yg sering muncul yakni perawatan dan kontrol terhadap penggunaan bangunan tersebut. Sayang jika terbengkalai layaknya bangunan tak terurus.
The office complex before being moved to Ratu Harbor, then the use of the campus area with supporting facilities such as a multipurpose field - an open stage and complete sports facilities both indoor and outdoor. However, the problem that often arises is the maintenance and control of the use of the building. It's a shame if it's abandoned like a neglected building.

To this day (4 Jan 2018), still in the process of renovation, hopefully it will become a good and representative multipurpose sports facility and building

Abandoned GOR construction, years not finished. However, there is still an open stage and a fairly large field that functions as a public space. Usually, every morning, there is a group of mothers who exercise here.
