★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my whole life, I’ve never been felt insecure and fear like now, living in this Golden Park 3. I was forced to sign “Serah Terima” in existing condition, not in the standard condition, without electricity and clean water connected to my house. Later, I have an enormous uncomfortable experience and continue to this day because of this.
Without electricity it means my electricity provided from WTP KWH meter and distributed to all residential houses. One KWH meter for all house and we harvest the damage: the voltage always up and down all day and all time. One appliance broken down due to the continuous voltage fluctuation. Until I wrote this review, the condition stands still without any clear time when the electricity network problem solved. I have big fear that one day the laptop or any company asset I’ve borrowed broken down because of this too.
While clean water solved temporarily with water truck provided every day, this later brings another problem when my house connected to the WTP installation. The pipe leaked and quite difficult to fix by myself. When I ask the contractor to fix it, took days to solve while I have lived in my house. The thing that should have been done in the “Serah Terima” time, now I get the “keren” ness of this.
Also the “pungli” problem still exist. Unauthorized person wandering around the complex and targeting the resident when they moved in or bring in their furniture, spread the fear by extorting residents whenever we bring in goods or small renovation. Not to mention many trespassing happened. Although there are decent amount of security personnel, this things persist.
The fear grew bigger when I see no water pump to pump out if any flood happens, since this located next to the river. Other thing is that WTP water supply is unstable due to river water level. It’s like they don’t have water reserve to prevent the drain.
As long as I don’t see any immediate mitigation to this imminent danger, I will continuously be living in fear.
