★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience, ketika check out tiba2 ada additional biaya2 tambahan dan uang deposit di potong tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, dari perjanjian kontrak sewa pun tidak sama sekali tertera detail mengenai additional biaya spt charge jika ada mobil parkir menginap, charge ketika checkin ada sisa token listrik dari penghuni sebelumnya yg ternyata di bebankan ke penyewa, ketika check out baru di informasikan dan di potong dari uang deposit atas penggunaan sisa token ketika pertama kali check in. Dinding kamar sangat buruk tidak kedap suara, suara dari kamar sebelah sangat jelas sekali terdengar dan sangat mengganggu.
Very Bad experience, when checking out suddenly there are additional additional costs and the deposit money is deducted without prior notification, even from the rental contract agreement there is no detail regarding additional fees such as a charge if there is a parking car staying overnight, a charge when checking in there is a remaining electricity token from the previous occupant who turned out to be charged to the tenant, when checking out was just informed and deducted from the deposit for the use of the remaining tokens when first checking in. The walls of the rooms are very bad not soundproof, the sound from the next room is very clear and very disturbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, salah satu kosan paling nyaman yang pernah saya tempatin. Kamarnya dan pelayanannya oke..lokasinya strategis juga. Overall recomended banget kalo mau tinggal lama.
So far, one of the most comfortable boarding houses I've ever lived in. The rooms and service are okay ... the location is strategic too. Overall really recommended if you want to stay long.
