After several long process of frustrating drama to close my membership, they charged back my credit card eventho I have paid cash earlier as requested by the staff to close my membership. So they charged me double thru cash & credit card! Since 13 Feb 2020 until now, I received NO information about the refund, I have sent WA text several times to their two (2) staffs, raised the issue to email & IG, but only got ZERO response. I’m still waiting for their responsibility to refund customer’s money.
