★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to be careful if you go there by car/bike. There's a lot of policeman around and forbidden sign. But the place was awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal customer on Gojek for years until 4 days ago when they sent me a 1st a message that my account has been blocked due to many log in attempts (for this of coz i understand as it might happened to many others customers. i called them and asked how many days my account can recover and they said to wait 2x24 hrs. I waited. After a few hrs i have customer care sent me a 2nd message that my account was blocked FOR GOOD and will not be able to be used anymore due to i violated the rules which cancelling orders too many times in short period of times and this cause drivers uncomfortable. Guess what ?? this a serious accusation and its not true at all and i have prove of my history order. I called cs care and asked them to sort this out. They create a ticket case number and asked me to wait 2x24 hrs. In the evening they sent me 3rd message, saying the “my account is not going to be able to use anymore WITHOUT any obvious reason. Hint ! they didn’t even take my complain seriously. I sent a serious hard complain via email, explained so details from the start, i sent complete screenshot proves which support my appeal that I DID NOT cancel any order ever!!. They sent me a new ticket case and asked me to wait AGAIN. After waited a while i called and mentioned my current ticket case number and a Cs care lectured me about why my account was cancelled due to the same 1st reason. He obviously didn’t even checked my email or even understand my objection and just answer to make it short. I explained again with a long explanation and asked them to checked in the system , see for themselves that they gave me a very wrong reason and not suppose to blocked my account unilaterally without prove ! . the guy on the phone listened to me and AGAIN asked me to wait. He did not even said that it will be escalade, i was the one who initiate it . I had no choice but to gave up and decide to wait again. But than this afternoon another cs sent me a ticket reply said the same thing as message number 2 and 3, that my account is NOT able to be used again. Dear Gojek management if you read this, i want you to note that you have disrespect your loyal customer , i am beyond words just to describe my disappointment . Thank you for not caring. Regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ too many gojek drivers come to my office and those drivers have a communication problem. they stand in front of the door and they say something that is not clear. like for example, they say " muskito?" . Then I say "what?"
suddenly they become rude and yell something. like hey learn how to talk with someone clearly with professional courtesy. does this company give training to the drivers? maybe an IQ test.... i will call
the security if this happens in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Pasaraya Blok M, the headquarters don't look that much fancy outside but the atmosphere changes at the 6th floor where GO-JEK stands greeting you. The receptionists are nice and will guide you whatever the purpose is. Chill atmosphere, you can even go ask for photos around. Tour can be limited depending on your purpose. There is a medium sized auditorium, a learning place, gaming place other than just office.
