Ketika di follow-up tentang status pengiriman barang, petugasnya selalu mengoper oper ke petugas lain dan sangat tidak profesional. Barang yang dijanjikan tiba di hari Sabtu (13 Januari 2018) sampai hari ini belum diterima. Jangan pernah memakai jasa perusahaan ini sama sekali kalau anda tidak ingin kecewa.
One of the worst shipping companies ever. The hotline telephone number is always busy. When followed-up about the status of the shipment of goods, the officer always passes the pass to another officer and is very unprofessional. The promised goods arrived on Saturday (January 13, 2018) until today not yet received. Do not ever use the services of this company at all if you do not want to be disappointed.
