★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rambut saya hancur lebur smoothing disini. Dari panjang sepunggung sampai harus saya potong pendek sebahu, padahal ngga mau pendekin. Rusak bener2 rusak sejadi2nya, ga ada lurus yg ada malah ngembang kriting kecil2. Biarpun udah dipendekin tp tetep ngembang & rusak hancur parah. Beberapa kali saya kesana lagi tp stylistnya tidak ada permintaan maaf sedikitpun atau itikad baik dari salonnya utk minta maaf/tanggung jawab. Sedih bener2 sedih mana rambut panjangnya lama banget. Skrg ga bisa diapa2in selain diiket cem ibu2 mau k pasar. Sedih banget pdhl udh langganan disini. Pdhl kalau mmg rambut saya ga memungkinkan utk di smoothing harusnya bilang aja dr awal.. Tp ini lanjut aja & skrg rusak jg ga ada tanggung jawabnya sm skali. Super mengecewakan, hmm
My hair is crushed smoothing here. From the length of my back to the point that I had to cut it down to shoulder length, even though I didn't want to cut it. The damage was really broken, there was no straight line, it actually grew small curls. Even though it has been shortened, it still grows and is badly damaged. Several times I went there again but the stylist didn't have the slightest apology or good faith from the salon to apologize / responsibility. Sad really sad where the long hair is so long. Now you can't do anything other than getting a ticket to the market. It's really sad to have subscribed here. Even if my hair doesn't allow it to be smoothed, I should just say it from the start ... But just continue this & now it's broken and there's no responsibility at all. Super disappointing, hmm
