★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides chicken and beef steak, Glosis also provides pork. Chicken Cordon Bleu is common, this time I tried Pork Cordon Bleu (IDR 78,000). For the potato, the choices are french fries, mashed potato, and baked potato with cheese sauce. I chose baked potato. And for the sauce, there are White, BBQ, Mushroom, and Blackpepper Sauce. I chose BBQ sauce. Thick fried pork filled with mozzarella cheese and ham served with baked potato, sauteed vegetables, salad, and BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce is sweet and suitable for this menu. The thick and savory mushroom sauce is also recommended. Overall, the taste is quite good and will make you full. The thick meat is similar with chicken breast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When people come here for the steak, I came for their poke bowl! A bowl of rice mix with grilled salmon, sambal matah, sweet corn, wakame and tobiko. SUPERB!

The food quality it was so so . Not the best steak around. The sauce suprisingly still the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cappucino used to be good. But since pandemic taste has changed. I absolutely love their POKE menu. Always fresh and consistent (change rice to quinoa).
Other than that, i don't fancy much of the western style food. Maybe it's time to add a breath of new life into their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steaks and ribs here. Pretty good food. Can't complain. We had Chicken Cordon Bleu, American Platter and Super Poke. For drinks we ordered Iced Tea free refills.
