★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan buruk..sudah hari keempat harinya memberitahukan secara baik baik ke helpdesk dan admin..sampai saya tulis pagi ini tidak ada yg datang memperbaiki,padahal sudah diinfo Internet mati,respon cuma nanti diizinkan.. padahal tidak pernah telat bayar...pagi ini dapat info suruh bayar..padahal Internet mati..

Jaringan WiFi sangat sering tidak stabil!
Bayar selalu tepat waktu, tapi gantian di komplain ga ada respon sama sekali ! Di telfon malah di reject ! 3 HARI DI CHAT DI TELFON GA PERNAH DI BALES!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed 5 Mbps DL speed 600 an KBps Upgrade speed ke 10 Mbps DL speed 700an Kbps, giliran di komplain malah bilang "yaudah pak ngga usah berlangganan ama kita, yang langganan puluhan juta aja ngga rewel bapak cuma bayar seratus ribu rewel" wkwkwkwk
Speed 5 Mbps DL speed 600 KBps Upgrade speed to 10 Mbps DL speed 700 Kbps, turn to complain instead they say "okay sir, you don't have to subscribe to us, those who subscribe to tens of millions are not fussy, you just pay a hundred thousand fuss" wkwkwkwk
