★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pemasangan AC yang mengakibatkan listrik mati dan kami sebagai pembeli yang harus follow up ke PLN sampai tuntas. Tidak ada permohonan maaf dari pihak toko Global atau kompensasi apapun padahal dengan itu kami jelas dibebankan biaya tak terduga untuk fee orang teknisi PLN.
Dan tambahan pipa atas pemasangan tersebut tetap harus kami bayar tapi diminta tanda terima resmi malah menjawab: "udah lah bu aku iklasin aj ribed"
Lalu ribed mana kami sebagai pembeli harus hubungi orang PLN dan mengurusi listrik yang jadinya mati hanya karena pemasangan yang kurang benar?
Disappointed with the installation of air conditioning which resulted in a power failure and we, as buyers, had to follow up to PLN to completion. There was no apology from the Global shop or any compensation even though with that we were clearly charged unexpected fees for fees for PLN technicians.
And we still have to pay for additional pipes for the installation but asked for an official receipt instead he replied: "I've already done it, I'm not sure it's ribed"
Then ribed where do we as buyers have to contact the PLN person and take care of the electricity which turns out just because the installation is not correct?
