Dan st Djawalmen Purba Tondang, sebagai ketua koordinator persiapan di lokasi ini. Bangunan yang kelihatan waktu itu hanya Monumen Pancasila Lubang Buaya. Maka Pdt (em) Bonarcius berujar ketika itu, bahwa tempat ini akan menjadi mudah diingat orang dan didatangi karena dekat dengan Monumen Pancasila yang bersejarah itu. Syaloom.
