Tolong di evaluasi lagi untuk Owner dan HRD nya utk memberi Arahan kepada karyawannya utk melayani customer dengan Baik.
Deskprint, Kasir, Cs Bicaranya kurang enak didenger kalo diajak ngobrol.
dan kurang peduli dengan apa yang dibutuhkan customer, Jadi terlalu menolak mentah2 yang dari customer, Harusnya lebih mengedukasi customer supaya tau.
Gundaling grup terlalu mengedepankan "Masa bodoh / gamau tau" dan tanggung jawab kalo ada missprint dari pihak internal nya. jadi customer yang dirugikan.
Maybe I'm not one of those people who say the service here is not good.
Please re-evaluate for the owner and his HRD to give directions to his employees to serve customers well.
Deskprint, Cashier, Cs The speech is not pleasant to hear when spoken to.
and don't care about what customers need, so they refuse too outright from customers, should educate customers more so that they know.
Gundaling group puts too much emphasis on "Ignorant / don't know" and the responsibility if there is a missprint from the internal party. So the customer is at a loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih oke ketimbang cabang gundaling di sebelahnya. Namun, pernah saya menunggu cukup lama untuk barang yang akan diambil saat itu juga karena karyawan malah sibuk mengurusi satu kustomer. Padahal bisa diakali dengan mengajak kustomer yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih ke tempat khusus. Jadi, tidak mengganggu proses pengambilan barang kustomer yang lainnya
Better than the gundaling branch next to it. However, once I waited long enough for the goods to be picked up right away because the employees were busy taking care of one customer. Though it can be tricked by inviting customers who need more attention to a special place. So, it doesn't interfere with the process of picking up other customer goods
