Saat saya komplain katanya TIDAK ADA GARANSI NYA, akhirnya dibawa ke tempat lain alhamdulillah masalah nya ter atasi dan masalah nya hanya di keyboard dan itu berbeda jauh dg penjelasan dari GIANT KOMPUTER
The technician is incompetent, my laptop was broken and brought to this place, I haven't had time to use it when I brought it home and it can't turn on anymore
When I complained he said there was NO WARRANTY, finally brought it to another place, thank God, the problem was resolved and the problem was only in the keyboard and it was very different from the explanation from GIANT COMPUTER

Saya beli Asus ROG disini sekitar dua apa tiga tahun lalu (lupa).
Alhamdulillah awet Dan baru Sekarang mau kesana untuk upgrade SSD.
Kenapa kesini lagi?
Jauh2 Dari Bogor. Cuma ngerasa percaya Aja sih, sebab dibeberapa toko/tempat service lain gua sering d bodo-bodoin. Maklum Gak begitu ngerti Akan part2 (hardware/software) gua user only ?
Jd modal percaya, ya gua tetep balik k sini.
Semoga tetap memberi kenyamanan Dan Rasa Aman untuk org2 seperti saya yg TDK begitu banyak ngerti Akan part2 Dari sebuah laptop.

I bought Asus ROG here about two or three years ago (forgot).
Alhamdulillah, it's durable And only now I'm going there to upgrade the SSD.
Why are you here again?
Far from Bogor. I just feel confident, because in several other shops / service places I often ignore it. Understandably, I don't really understand part2 (hardware / software) I'm only user ?
So you can believe it, I'm still back here.
Hopefully it still provides comfort and a sense of security for people like me who don't understand so much about the parts of a laptop.

Ke tempat ini mau benerin keyboard laptop, Di awal pas di cek yang rusak cuma keyboard tapi pas hari pengambilan laptop, eh di bilang wifi card juga rusak, oke lah nambah usb wifi eh pas di pake 3 hari speaker yang awalnya normal tiba” suaranya cempreng, balik lagi ke tempat ini pas di cek mereka bilang kita gak bertanggung jawab, lah gimna ceritanya yang awal gak rusak jadi rusak mereka bilang gak bertanggung jawab, trus w bilang lah kan awalnya yang rusak keyboard kenapa merembet jadi wifi card, nambah lagi speaker hadeh, dan mereka cuma bilang itu bukan tanggung jawab kita. Service pengen benerin laptop biar normal, eh malah tambah rusak. Kecewa berat deh pokoknya.

Service wants to fix the laptop so that it is normal, but it is even more damaged. Really disappointed.
