★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat buruk, dia mau tanggapin tetapi sikapnya tidak ramah kepada pelanggan, seperti hanya ingin bertanya harga spare part padahal saat itu situasi di toko lagi kosong dengan pelanggan, yah saya tau banyak sepeda pelanggan yang harus di service.... Setidaknya luangkan waktu sedikit kepada pelanggan yang hanya ingin bertanya dengan cara bertatap muka.
 The service is very bad, he wants to be responsive but his attitude is not friendly to customers, like just asking the price of spare parts even though at that time the situation in the shop is empty with customers, well I know that there are many bicycles that customers have to service ... At least take the time few to customers who just want to ask face to face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering ke sini,ownernya ramah,tp mekaniknya yg sekarang kurang ramah, dan kemaren pas rakit sepda anak hasilnya kurang bagus,bearing roda dan crank gk di ganti,masih pada oblak,semoga kedepan bs lebih baik lg pelayananya.
Often come here, the owner is friendly, but the current mechanic is not friendly, and yesterday when the child raft the results are not good, wheel bearings and crank are not replaced, still in oblak, hopefully in the future the service will be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa lebih ke sakit hati sih sm mekaniknya yg bibir tebel.. dr awal dtg ud gk enak bgt mukanya.. ky gk niat kerja.. keluhan gw roda agak seret, asumsi gw mgkn hub/freehubnya kotor ato apa.. ehh tu mas2 blg "klo mw enteng pke ban kecil aja (Roadbike)".. dlm HT gw palalu peyang, sepeda gw MTB disuruh pke ban roadbike.. parahh ngasih saran yg bener klo jd mekanik.. gw rasa dia mas2 dr kampung nyari kerja djkrta gk ngerti sepeda tp spekulasi aj jd mekanik.. kapok lahh
Sbnrnya ad lg si yg bwt gw kecewa tp tll panjang utk gw ketik dsni..
Disappointed is more to hurt, the mechanic has a thick lip ... from the start, the face is not really good ... I don't intend to work ... my complaint is that the wheels are a bit dragging, assuming I want the hub / freehub to be dirty or what ... "if I just use small tires (Roadbike)" .. in my HT, I'm very tired, my bicycle MTB was told to use roadbike tires ... I give you the right advice if I'm a mechanic ... I think he's still looking for work, so I don't understand bicycle but speculation is a mechanic ... give up
Actually there is another person who I am disappointed but tll long for me to type here ...

Not friendly service, after the RD was set in 2 days, then there was a problem doing it again, it seemed random
