★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pengiriman bagus, tepat waktu sesuai estimasi ga pernah ngaret.
Cuman kesel sm mba² nya ga ramah sama sekali, berkali² kirim sore ke tiki sini mba²nya jutek ga da senyum ataupun ramah, bahkan saat ada customer malah enak makan ada juga sambil main game.
Padahal dulu pertama kali kirim mbanya ada yg ramah skrg² pelayanannya ga banget.
For good delivery, on time according to estimates, never dragging.
It's just annoying, all of them are not friendly at all, many times send in the afternoon to Tiki here, the jutek doesn't smile or is friendly, even when there are customers it is even delicious to eat there while playing games.
Whereas in the past the first time you sent me, someone was friendly, now the service is not really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang sekali saya mengalami pengalaman yang buruk di gerai ini. Semalam saya telepon kesini menanyakan jam bukanya jam berapa, saya telah dipastikan jam 8.30 pagi sudah buka. Datang pagi2 sampai disini cuma ada office boy, yang mengurus pengiriman tidak ada. Bahkan office boy blg terkadang pada masuknya jam 10 kurang. Ini kejadian di tanggal 17 Desember. Mohon managemen bisa bantu pengawasannya lagi. Terima kasih
Too bad I had a bad experience at this outlet. Last night I called here asking what time it is open, I have confirmed that at 8.30 am it's open. Come early in the morning until here there is only an office boy, who takes care of the delivery. Even the office boy blg, sometimes at 10 am less. This happened on December 17th. Please management can help with the supervision again. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasirnya/si mba penjaga sbg penerima barang tidak komunikatif& tidsk profesional,tidak ramah pada customer,customer dr awal minta ONS(OneNightService)malah dikasih yg TDS,&harga lbh mahal daripada tiki yg diPademangan,selisih 10ribu,playanan lebih maksimal,friendly,lbh efisien Tikibyg di Pademangan,yg di Griya Agung hrs byk blajar&mencontoh dari rekannya yg di pademangan walau beda owner????sangat buruk,sangat kecewa,customer menggugat
The cashier / the guard as the recipient of the goods is not communicative & unprofessional, not friendly to the customer, the customer from the beginning asked for ONS (One Night Service) instead they were given the TDS one, & the price is more expensive than the tiki in Pademangan, 10 thousand difference, the service is more optimal, friendly, more efficient Tikibyg in Pademangan, those at Griya Agung have to learn a lot & follow the example of their colleagues in Pademangan even though they have different owners????very bad, very disappointed, customer sued
