★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon pelayanannya diperbaiki. Kami beritikad baik untuk membayar pajak kendaraan tapi pelayanan sangat tidak menyenangkan. Jam buka dan istirahat tidak jelas, berkas fotokopi sudah lengkap dianggap ada yang kurang lalu fotokopi dilokasi dikenakan biaya 10rb hanya satu lembar.
Please improve the service. We have good intentions to pay the vehicle tax but the service is very unpleasant. Opening hours and breaks are not clear, photocopying files are complete, it is considered something is missing, then photocopying at the location is subject to a fee of 10 thousand for only one sheet.
