β β β β β Saya minta sticker fragile sama salah 1 karyawan nya (am*n/am*ng), terus ditempelin di paket saya, habis itu mungkin dia pikir saya sudah pergi, dilempar dong jauh ke belakang, saya marah tanya kenapa kayak gitu, kata nya tadi niatnya mau ngelempar temen saya, lah terus itu sticker fragile tujuan nya apa dong?! Hiasan doang?
I asked for a fragile sticker from one of his employees (am * n / am * ng), continued to stick it on my package, after that maybe he thought I had left, he was thrown far back, I was angry asking why was that, he said earlier the intention is to throw my friend away, what's the purpose of that fragile sticker ?! Just decoration?

β β β β β Sebenernya saya sih gak mau kasih review jelek. Tapi apa boleh buat. Saya liat sendiri kejadiannya. Banyak paket yang bersticker fragile dilempar tanpa ada rasa bersalah. Kejadian itu setelah paket discan. Saya sih kasian sama kurir / pegawainya. Kalo gini kan yang jelek ekspedisinya. Padahal perusahaan sudah mempunyai SOP bagaimana memperlakukan paket yang baik dan benar dari para pelanggan.
I really don't want to give a bad review. But what can you do? I saw it happen myself. Many packages with fragile labels are tossed without guilt. It happened after the package was scanned. I feel sorry for the courier / employee. If this is the case, the expedition is bad. Even though the company already has an SOP on how to treat good and correct packages from customers.

rejected because I can't print receipts & receipts... for an online business like me, it's clearly detrimental... the main customer trust...

β β β β β cabang gerai sicepat ini sangat tidak koperatif, saya sebagai seller sangat dirugikan karena paket sering tidak di pick up padahal paket sudah siap di pick up dan status pengiriman berubah menjadi "paket gagal pick, seller akan drop ke gerai". Pelayanan ekspedisi yang sangat tidak bagus
