★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila sih. Pagi ini Tgl 20 November 2021 saya ke Gerai Indosat untuk mengUpgrade Sim Card ke 4G, dikenakan Biaya Rp. 135.000 dengan alasan untuk Pembelian Paket Internet 30 GB. Lalu saya inisiatif menulis & bertanya di Kolom Komentar IG Indosat (yg pastinya sudah Blue Verified). Lihat sendiri jawabannya, sangat mencengangkan. Halo Tim Marketing Gerai Indosat Otista! Bagaimana tanggapan anda ? Entah sudah berapa ratus User Indosat yg KALIAN TIPU SEPERTI INI!
That's crazy. This morning, November 20, 2021, I went to the Indosat Outlet to upgrade the Sim Card to 4G, charged Rp. 135,000 with the reason for the Purchase of 30 GB Internet Package. Then I took the initiative to write & ask questions in the Indosat IG Comment Column (which is definitely Blue Verified). See for yourself the answer, it's astonishing. Hello Indosat Otista Outlet Marketing Team! What is your opinion ? I don't know how many hundred Indosat users YOU CHEATED LIKE THIS!

Wow, December 21, 2021, I'm sorry, this outlet is trying to make another one of my lost numbers. Can I charge 135k for the reason, the reason is for a 30gb quota, that's how it is, if it doesn't enter my quota for 2 days, I'm given a new starter pack too, what are the INDOSAT regulations?? ?

Tempatnya agak kecil, di kiri jalan persis sebelum bakmi Aloi kalau dari arah melayu. Setelah Jembatan Penyeberangan Orang (JPO) tanjung lengkong.
When I came last week, only 1 person served. And only 1 person in line. The service is fast, friendly and very helpful.
The place is rather small, on the left side of the road just before Bakmi Aloi if you are from the Malay direction. After the pedestrian bridge (JPO) tanjung lengkong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah kesini buat coba upgrade ke 4g. Ternyata bener di suruh beli paket dulu. Kalo biaya admin atau biaya cetak kartu sih masih masuk akal, masih relevan untuk pembuatan kartu baru. Tapi buat beli paket data, gk ada hubungannya sama skali. Coba buat upgrade online, eh ternyata 2 hari kemudian bneran dikirim krumah via jne, dan yg terpenting gk pake d suruh beli paket dulu

But for buying a data package, it has nothing to do with it.
