β β β β β Small ruko, and long queue for customer service especially in weekend. Limited seating area. But for changing sim card, it has a different line, and the employee is responsive.

β β β β β (-) There's a lot of CS counters there but there's only one designated for handling SIM card problems (upgrade to 4G, SIM card trouble, SIM card replacement, etc) so one CSR can have 3-4 person in line while others just sit around.
(+) Luckily, the system and the CSR worked quite efficiently so it doesn't take too much time to get the work done. Plus the place is quite comfortable so waiting can be a little less painful.

β β β β β Easy to spot, on the spot customer care is good, queing system is digitalized, BUT follow up services is TERRIBLE i tried to contact the staff 1 month after my visit, (bcs my data plan wont be registered and I stil being billed by the system). Instead of giving me solutions, staff LITERALLY BLOCKED MY CONTACT. Tried to reach the store via call center but i cannot reach the roxy branch. Problem fixed with central call center but local service from this branch is meh ??

β β β β β Very poor service. Gave unusual excuses for not being able to accept the request for customer registration. No manager available to help resolve the matter. We walked out without any solution. On the contrast, the planet 3 support was superb. Very fast registration done very efficiently. It seems that indosat is not bothered in customer satisfaction.

β β β β β First of all thanks to all the staffs who were very helpful and nice but since the company procedure has been changed because of the ownership. Whether weβre a priority customer or reguler will be treated the same while back then we were a real βpriorityβ since not a prepaid or normal postpaid customer. Anyhow, the Mobile services in Indonesia is not getting anywhere but keep charging more. Not using anything but suddenly being billed with so expensive billing. Just saying we need to be like our neighbour country, where they can use 5G already.
