★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerai sampah,gaguna juga ada yg jaga disitu,kerjaannya cuma duduk" doang,diminta nunggu seminggu,eh setelah seminggu gadikabarin "ini case untuk ganti kartu klo mau dibantu disini harus nunggu seminggu" eh gaada follow up,Sayang uang buat ngegaji mereka!
 Garbage outlets, it's useless to have someone guard there, they just sit there, asked to wait a week, after a week they didn't tell me "this is a case for changing cards, if you want help here, you have to wait a week" eh, no follow-up, too bad money to pay them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siang tadi tgl 2/2/2021 istri saya antar ibunya untuk tukar kartu dari micro sim ke nano sim.
Dan disuruh beli paketan untuk 3 bulan dengan harga Rp. 165.000 jika tidak mau maka tidak bisa diganti kartunya dan tidak dilayani. Padahal biasanya di gerai lain untuk ganti kartu cukup bawa KTP jika itu kartu atas nama pemiliknya langsung, tapi ini malah d wajibkan beli paket.
Akhirnya ibunya setuju utk beli tapi dikwitansinya tdk ditulis pembelian paket itu. Sampai sekarang dicek di aplikasi myim3 tidak ada paket yg berlaku 3 bulan.
Malam harinya malah ada kiriman kartu pascabayar. Kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan di gerai indosat meruya.

Even though usually at other outlets to change the card, you only need to bring your KTP if it's a card in the name of the owner directly, but this is actually mandatory to buy a package.
Finally, his mother agreed to buy it, but he did not write the package as written. Until now, checked on the myim3 application there is no package that is valid for 3 months.
In the evening there was even a postpaid card delivery. Very disappointed with the service at Indosat Meruya outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niat gnti kartu yg hilng biar bs aktif lagi aku kira gratis ternyata disuruh beli paketan kuota 3 bln hmpir 300rb? sempat aku tolak tp ttp aj byr 25rb buat kuota dan akhirnya sehari lngsung jd ya nga pa2lah 25rb dr pada 300rb nga sanggup cm buat gnti kartu doang ?semoga next kedepannya pelayanan nya lbh baik ,✌️
Intention to replace the lost card so that I can be active again, I thought it was free, it turned out that I was told to buy a 3 month quota package, almost 300 thousand I had refused but still I paid 25 thousand for the quota and finally one day straight away, it's okay, 25 thousand instead of 300 I can't just change the card I just hope that in the future the service will be better, ️
