★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak terbantu. Mba-mba nya pelayanannya tidak baik, kalau di bilang jelek banget sih enggak ya, hanya jelek saja. Kurang sopan, senyum minim, kadang ketus, tidak ada solusi. Semua pengecekan yang dilakukan, adalah sesuatu yang bisa dilakukan orang awam macam saya (dan sudah saya lakukan sebelumnya), buat apa saya ke gerai dong? Tidak professional. Tempat masih sedikit kurang nyaman.
(Mungkin Karena tergolong murah/ irit ya? Ya sudah bye lah... )
Very unhelpful. The service is not good, if you say it's really ugly or not, it's just ugly. Less polite, minimal smile, sometimes curt, there is no solution. All checks are done, is something that can be done by ordinary people like me (and I have done it before), why should I go to the booth? Unprofessional. The place is still a bit uncomfortable.
(Maybe it's because it's relatively cheap / economical, isn't it? Bye already ...)

The gallery is already closed, even though yesterday I purposely went to Blok M only for the Indosat gallery. Turns out it's not open anymore
