★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke gerai Indosat pelayanannya buruk banget, tidak ada staff yg menanyakan keperluan kita apaa. Jadi saya cuma liat orang nulis catatan manual baru saya tau cara mengantrenya seperti itu. kalo mau upgrade 4g harus bayar 100k dan nanti dapet kuota selama 3 bulan, karena pengalaman saya di provider lain mau upgrade itu GRATIS.
Setelah saya telp call center, ternyata di gerai bp itu gk bisa upgrade 4g, bisanya di galeri Indosat alam sutra. Atau bisa secara online, nanti kartu replecement 4g di kirim kerumah baru kita sendiri yg upgrade. Bisa disimpulkan dong dengan kata lain di gerai ini stafnya “MENJUAL KUOTA” tapi dengan embel2 ganti kartu 4g. Saran saya buat yg mau upgrade lebih baik kunjungi website Indosat isi form untuk minta dikirimin kartu kerumah atau gk ke galeri Indosat.
Dan untuk Indosat tolong dipermudah cara upgrade 4gnya biar gk jauh2 nyari galeri Indosat atau menunggu dulu kartu dikirim kerumah. KALAU MASIH SEPERTI INI TERUS JANGAN SALAHKAN PELANGGAN KALO BERALIH KE PROVIDER LAIN.
 The first time I went to an Indosat outlet, the service was really bad, no staff asked what we needed. So I just saw people writing manual notes and then I knew how to line up like that. if you want to upgrade to 4g, you have to pay 100k and then get a quota for 3 months, because in my experience at other providers, upgrading is FREE.
After I called the call center, it turned out that the BP outlet couldn't upgrade to 4G, usually at the Indosat Alam Silk gallery. Or it can be online, later the 4g replacement card will be sent to our own new house that is upgrading. It can be concluded, in other words, at this outlet the staff "SELLING QUOTA" but with the addition of changing 4g cards. My advice for those who want to upgrade is better to visit the Indosat website, fill in the form to ask for a card to be sent home or not to the Indosat gallery.
And for Indosat, please make it easier to upgrade to 4g so you don't have to go far to search for the Indosat gallery or wait for the card to be sent home. IF IT'S STILL LIKE THIS, DON'T BLAME THE CUSTOMER IF YOU SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di google tutup jm 21.00 dtg jm 20.00 udah tutup..sumpah jelek bgt pelayanannya..di mana yg lain klo ganti kartu gratis ini suruh bayar 155rb katanya akan dianter ke alamat rumah kartu kuota tp nyatanya sampai 3hr gak dtg² jg..giliran didatengin ke gerai belum jamnya udah tutup..mending ganti deh tu keterangan googlenya biar gak kecewa yg dtg..
on google it closes at 21.00, comes at 20.00 it's closed.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo sekiranya tutup jam 19.00 mending di ganti aja fi goggle mapsnya...di maps jam 21.00 tutupnya...nyampe sana jam 19.45 malah udah tutup..ngecewain banget...
If it closes at 19.00, it's better to replace it with goggle maps... on maps at 21.00 it closes... arrived there at 19.45 and it was already closed... really disappointing...

urus nomor hp yang lo pake bertahun-tahun
lalu lo mau aktifkan lagi.. Eh, katanya: akan diproses bila 1 menjadi pascabayar dg harga paket 299 opsi 2 beli kartu aktif paket 2bulan seharga 155 ribu :'( udah mahh lagi kena musibah dtambah begini pula.. TERPAKSA daripada ribet n note: ga dikasih bukti bayar cuma tertulis aja diform. . :"(

Hari ini thl 25 okt 2021 sy utk keduakali kesana.
Klo dari info gmaps gerai buka jam 10
Sampe jam 10.15 satu orang pria baru buka koridor, sementara udah ngantri 5 orang.
Sekelas indosat ngapain cantumin buka jam 10 klo pada bangun siang???
Lalu jam 10.44 hanya 1 orang yg layanin. Antrian udah jadi 12 orang. Geblek.
Jam 10.55 ternyata keluar 1 orang mba2 jilbab dari dalem. Ngapain dandan 50 menit?? Gila.
Lalu soal antrian.
Orang yg dateng ga dikasih tau mekanisme antrian. Yg mana mrk hrs nulis manual nama di selembar kertas yg GA ADA petunjuk misal tulisan: isi nomor antrian. Jadi antar customer hrs ngasih tau mas isi dulu antrian. Bukan oleh staff.
Servis indosat yg payah banget di gerai ini!!!

Then about the queue.
People who come are not informed about the queuing mechanism. In which case they have to manually write the name on a piece of paper that has NO instructions, for example writing: fill in the queue number. So, between customers, you have to let them know how to fill the queue first. Not by the staff.
Very bad Indosat service at this outlet!!!
