★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeat order terus disini. Ayam nya gede, dagingnya juicy, tepung nya gurih, sambelnya enak bgtt.
Favorite menu Ayam geprek sambel Teri si, biar makin gurih. Terus cobain nasi ijo nya ternyata enaak. Pulen juga nasi nya, es teh nya juga seger, gulanya gak terlalu over.
Pesen pake shopee food cuma kena 23k udah dapet semua nya. Harganya murah2. Favorite bgt ayam gepreknya??
Repeat orders continue here. The chicken is big, the meat is juicy, the flour is tasty, the sambal is delicious.
Favorite menu Chicken geprek with anchovy sauce, to make it more savory. Keep trying the green rice, it's delicious. The rice is fluffy too, the iced tea is also fresh, the sugar isn't too overdone.
Order using shopee food, it only costs 23k, I already got everything. The price is cheap. My favorite is the geprek chicken ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numpang komplain di gerai gold chick margonda ini. Sebenarnya keluhan saya terjadi di gerai gold chick cibubur, jl. lapangan tembak, tapi di google map tidak/belum terdaftar. Saya sudah sekitar 4-5 kali pesan di gerai ini via shopeefood. Tiga kali pesanan diantaranya salah dan tidak sesuai catatan menu. Dua kesalahan awal terkait pesanan saya diamkan dan maklumi, mungkin sibuk lg ramai atau kelupaan. Kesalahan ketiga sudah fatal, saya komplain via telpon, dimana 2 bagian ayam tidak sesuai pesanan (pesan paha atas, yg datang sayap), nasi tambah malah dikirim jamur crispy. Mereka beralasan paha atas lg habis/ belum digoreng, yg mestinya problem seperti ini dikonfirmasi ke konsumen sebelum dikirim. Kemudian dia menawarkan penggantian kerumah via pengantaran langsung.. maka saya WA ke nomer gerai tsb alamat rumah saya dan bukti capture shopeefood serta struk pesanan, karyawannya setuju. Tapi satu jam ditunggu ga kunjung datang, pas dikonfirmasi ulang malah nanya ulang alamat saya dan alasan motor lg dipakai. Bikin kami emosi disaat lapar, akhirnya saya batalkan penggantian.
Tolong manajemen gold chick pusat utk evaluasi dan tegur kinerja gerai dan karyawan yg sembrono dan tidak menghargai konsumen seperti ini. Item dan catatan pesanan konsumen itu amanah, bukan angin lalu.
Saya tidak akan pesan makanan lagi di gold chick. Not recommended at all.
Complaining at this gold chick margonda outlet. Actually, my complaint occurred at the gold chick cibubur outlet, jl. shooting range, but on google map it is not/not yet registered. I've ordered about 4-5 times at this outlet via shopeefood. Three times the order was wrong and did not match the menu notes. The first two mistakes related to my order were silent and understood, maybe it was busy, busy or forgot. The third mistake was fatal, I complained via telephone, where 2 parts of the chicken did not match the order (ordered the upper thigh, which came with the wings), the extra rice was sent with crispy mushrooms. They reasoned that the upper thighs were finished/not fried yet, which should have been confirmed by the customer before being sent. Then he offered to replace the house via direct delivery... so I WA to the outlet number, my home address and proof of shopeefood capture and order receipt, the employee agreed. But an hour of waiting didn't come, when I reconfirmed, I asked for my address again and the reason why the motorbike was being used. It made us emotional when we were hungry, so I finally canceled the replacement.
Please the central gold chick management to evaluate and reprimand the performance of outlets and employees who are reckless and don't respect consumers like this. Items and records of consumer orders are a trust, not a thing of the past.
I will not order food again at Gold Chick. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great restaurant, tasty sambal. i really like the fried tempe and fried cabbage. tho the restaurant was prioritized the online orders rather than dine in customers, it was still well served restaurant. the parking space was quite small for cars also.
