★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genena Tours is one of the best Tour and Travel for Umra or Hajj. I went Umra with Genena and it was a fantastic and unforgettable experience in the holy land. First, the hotels are comfortable and remarkably close to the holy mosques (Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi). The tour guide is also carrying especially for the elderly. The use of technology during umra (i.e. a remote communication device like handy-talky but smaller and lighter.) is undeniably helpful for us who are difficult to follow instruction in the middle of shouting crowds during ehram. However, there is something Genena could improve for a better service. It is time punctuality. I realise that some fellow jama'a were not in time during appointments. But, I think it will be better for Genena to be more wise in handling this. Nevertheless, Genena is a highly recommended tour for Umra, and no doubt for hajj.
