Cocok juga untuk hiking santai bersama kerabat.
Hati hati karena sebagian tangga untuk naik sampai ke puncak bukit sudah rusak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiket masuknya murah, cuma 1k per orang. Trek untuk sampe ke puncak geger Menjangan cukup mudah, karena sudah tersedia tangga batu. Hanya saja sedikit kurang terawat. Beberapa bagian trek tertutup semak belukar, bahkan ada pohon tumbang yg melintang menghalangi trek. Lumayan melelahkan untuk mereka yg tidak terbiasa mendaki. Pemandangan di atas juga tidak terlalu worth dengan sulitnya pendakian, karena pemandangan tertutup pohon lebat ? mungkin pengelola bisa membuat spot foto di puncak geger, membersihkan trek dari semak belukar, dsb
Cheap entry ticket, just 1k per person. The track to get to the top of Menjangan was quite easy, because there were stone steps already available. It's just a little less maintained. Some parts of the track were covered with scrub, there were even fallen trees that crossed the track. Pretty tiring for those who aren't used to climbing. The view above is also not too worth the difficulty of climbing, because the view is covered in dense trees ? maybe the manager can make photo spots on the top of the commotion, cleaning the tracks from the bush, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiket masuk hanya 1000 rupiah. Tempatnya tidak jauh dari pusat Kota Purworejo. Kalian bisa naik angkot jurusan Kaliboto dan turun di kolam renang Arta Tirta. Lanjut berjalan kaki kurang lebih 150m ke loket masuk pendakian bukit geger menjangan. Ada 2 jalur pendakian, 1 yang lewat jalur khusus pendakian bukit gegermenjangan satu lagi (arah kanan) jalur ziarah. Dua jalur tersebut sama saja, tetapi jalur pendakian bukit lebih tidak terawat, banyak semak belukar yang menutupi jalan, meski sudah disemen. Pastikan mengajak teman dan punya fisik prima. Sebaiknya mendaki ketika pagi atau sore hari.
Entrance ticket is only 1000 rupiah. The place is not far from the center of Purworejo City. You can take an angkot that goes to Kaliboto and get off at Arta Tirta's swimming pool. Continue walking approximately 150m to the entrance window to climb up the hill. There are 2 hiking trails, 1 which pass a special lane to climb the hill gegrating one more (right) pilgrimage path. The two lines are the same, but the hill climbing lane is less well maintained, many bushes cover the road, even though it has been cemented. Be sure to invite friends and have physical prime. It is recommended to climb when morning or evening.
