★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung Pertemuan SIMA, adalah gedung pertemuan dengan katagori sederhana sampai sedang (bukan gedung mewah). Tapi Gedung Pertemuan dengan segmen pasar sederhana sampai menengah tetap dibutuhkan di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Banyaknya acara di masyaratkan sekitarnya yang membutuhkan tempat yang luas dan cocok sebagai gedung pertemuan, Gedung ini sangat dibutuhkan. Aksek masuk dari jalan utama ke Gedung Pertemuan ini relatif kecil. Kalau ada kendaraan Bus masuk ke Gedung ini dari jalan Utama, harus bergantian dengan kendaraan yang keluar. Hal ini bisa diatasi tentu saja dengan pengaturan yang baik oleh petugas parkir. Yang menarik dari gedung ini adalah gedung ini tidak tertutup, tetapi dinding sampingnya hanya berupa pembatas.(separo dinding) Tampaknya ini difungsikan sebagai sirkulasi udara dan lebih cocok menggunakan kipas angin dari pada AC. kalau ini bisa memangkas biasa operasional tentu saja bernilai positip.
SIMA Meeting Hall, is a meeting hall with simple to moderate categories (not luxury buildings). But meetinghouses with simple to medium market segments are still needed in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The number of events in the surrounding area requires a large place and suitable as a meetinghouse, this building is needed. The access road from the main road to the meeting hall is relatively small. If there is a bus vehicle entering this building from the main road, it must take turns with the exiting vehicles. This can be overcome, of course, with a good arrangement by the parking attendant. What's interesting about this building is that this building is not closed, but the side walls are only a barrier. (Half the wall) It seems that this functioned as air circulation and is more suitable to use a fan than the air conditioner. if this can cut down on operational costs, of course it's positive.
