★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai salah satu convention center / Gedung serbaguna di Jogja, tempat ini berada di lokasi yang cukup strategis dan tempatnya juga cukup luas. Selain biasanya dipakai untuk nikahan, tempat ini juga kadang dipakai untuk kompetisi olahraga atau sekedar kumpul bersama warga.

Bersebelahan dengan gedung utama sehingga memudahkan transit ke ruang pendopo dan ruang administrasi. Listrik dan air mencukupi. Akses dari Jalan Kusumanegara melalui pintu gerbang timur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung yang berada di area Kampus Polbangtan YoMa dan terletak di tepi jalan Kusumanegara ini cukup besar, bisa menampung kurang lebih 300 orang (bisa dibilang kapasitas maksimal). Gedungnya blong tanpa sekat dan ada panggung yang lumayan besar.
The building which is in the area of YoMa Polbangtan Campus and located on the edge of the Kusumanegara road is quite large, can accommodate approximately 300 people (arguably the maximum capacity). The building is empty and there is a fairly large stage.
