★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini cukup ramai dan aktif digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan acara. Paling sering yaitu untuk acara Resepsi Perkawinan. Biasanya setiap Sabtu dan Ahad selalu ramai. Karena parkiran terbatas sehingga menyita bahu jalan dekat area luar Gedung Serbaguna Peruri ini.
