★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemm... Tempat ini jd tempat bersejarah buat gw. Karena ditempat ini gw nikah. Kenapa gw pilih tempat ini? Karena deket dr rmah gw dan gedung availablu buat akad + resepsi.
1. Size Gedung: gedung ini kategorinya sedang, ga megah dan ga mungil. Klo dibandingin sama gedung MUI yg lama, msh gedean gedung ini.
2. Sekat ruangan: persyaratan buat bikin acara akad dan resepsi hampir semuanya bs terkontrol dgn denah yg ada (meski bentuk gedungnya persegi panjang dgn pintu disisi panjang). Ada bbrp pintu yg bs dipilih buat kirab, penerima tamu spot foto booth dll. Gedung ini jg punya ruang rias &istirahat keluarga ber-AC yg pintunya akan terhubung dgn pintu dibalik panggung pelaminan, jd enak klo mau mondar mandir. Plus ada ruangan kosong untuk VIP yg terhubung dgn ruangan utama.
3. Fasilitas kenyamanan: gedung ini punya toilet (yg diruang rias yg udh gw rasain) toiletnya duduk dan bersih, bagus jg, terawat dgn baik. Ruang utama penting bgt tau panas atau tidaknya spy tamu undangan ga ngeluh2, sudah ada standing AC yg dipasang ditiap sudut ruangan nya. Jd adem lah yaa..
4. Price: ini nih yg penting. Harganya lumayan gila untuk pengguna luar, maksudnya bukan penghuni disitu. Kategori mahal untuk ukuran gedung segitu yah.. Tp klo yg punya duit mah ya selow aja. Hahaha.. Saran gw, kalian pke vendor WO supaya sewanya ga terlalu tinggi. Biarkan si WO sama pengelola gedung yg nego tarif.

Hemm ... This place is a historic place for me. Because in this place i got married Why did I choose this place? Because it is close to my home and the building is available for the contract + reception.
1. Building Size: this building is categorized as medium, not grand and not small. If it is compared to the old MUI building, this building is still big.
2. Room dividers: almost all of the requirements for making contracts and receptions can be controlled by the existing plans (even though the building is rectangular with long side doors). There are several doors that can be chosen for the parade, photo booth spot reception, etc. This building also has an air-conditioned family dressing room and rest room whose door will be connected to the door behind the aisle stage, so it's nice if you want to go back and forth. Plus there is an empty room for VIPs connected to the main room.
3. Comfort facilities: this building has a toilet (the one in the dressing room that I have) the toilet is seated and clean, good too, well maintained. The main room is important whether it is hot or not, the invited guests don't complain, there is already a standing air conditioner installed in every corner of the room. So it's cool ...
4. Price: this is important. The price is pretty crazy for outside users, I mean not the residents there. Expensive category for the size of a building that much .. But if you have the money, please stop. Hahaha .. My advice, you use WO vendors so that the rent is not too high. Let the WO and the building manager negotiate the tariff.
