★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya berada di dalam kompleks Asrama Brimob, oleh karena itu semua pengendara motor di harapkan membuka helm dan jaket, kalau pengendara mobil diharapkan membuka jendela dan jangan lupa melapor terlebih dahulu kepada petugas di Pos. Untuk gedungnya lumayan besar dan halaman parkir sangat memadai.
The location is inside the Brimob Dormitory complex, therefore all motorcyclists are expected to open helmets and jackets, if motorists are expected to open windows and don't forget to report to the officers at the post. For the building is quite large and the parking lot is very adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung ini ada di daerah ciputat, sebelum tip top, setelah pustekkom, lokasinya ada di dalam Asrama komplek brimob ciputat. Sehingga kalau mau ke gedung ini kita harus lepas dulu kaca helm dan masker untuk pengendara motor.
Saya akan membahas beberapa hal disini :
1. Area parkir di sini cukup luas menurut saya utk kapasitas motor, namun untuk mobil seperti juga bisa karena ini kan wilayah komplek sehingga bisa muat utk banyak mobil
2. Gedung ini baru saja di renovasi dan biaya menyewa gedung ini sangat terjangkau, selain itu kita bisa menggunakan jasa katering dari luar dan keamanan nya pun sangat baik
3. Untuk luasnya gedung ini bisa menampung lebih dari 500 orang. Untuk acara pernikahan atau acara lainnya juga sangat worth it banget. Karena ada beberapa kamar yang bisa digunakan.
4. Bentuk dalam gedung ini sangat panjang dan lebar, bangunannya juga tinggi. Mungkin kalau dilihat di luar terlihat kecil tapi saat masuk sangat luas dan besar. Kurang cocok untuk mengadakan acara yang jumlahnya sedikit.
5. Gedung ini memiliki panggung permanen yang cukup bagus dan kuat di depan gedung.
6. Pintu masuk gedung ini hanya satu. Sehingga memudahkan dalam hal pengontrolan tamu yang hadir.
7. Gedung ini juga dilengkapi dengan toilet didalamnya.
8. Untuk area ibadah tidak perlu khawatir karena kita hanya keluar dari area gedung ini, sudah ada masjid dibelakang gedung. Masjidnya pun bagus dan bersih.
9. Untuk lampu di gedung ini juga banyak, hanya saja pencahayaan masih agak redup. Mungkin karena besarnya gedung ini juga.
10. Untuk harga sewa gedung ini masih di bawah angka 8 juta tahun 2019 dengan lama waktu bisa disesuaikan.
11. Jalannan menuju tempat ini, bagus dan aksesnya dekat sekali dengan jalan raya.
12. Jika menyewa gedung ini sudah mendapatkan kursi dan meja untuk tamu VIP.
