★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung serbaguna masyarakat Kelurahan Semawung Daleman, setelah cukup lama "ambruk", kini telah dibangun kembali dengan megahnya oleh Pemerintah Daerah melalui APBD Tahun 2019. Semoga dengan dibangunnya kembali gedung ini, dapat lebih meningkatkan kegiatan kemasyarakatan di lingkungan Kelurahan.
 The multipurpose building of Semawung Daleman Kelurahan, after a long "collapse", has now been magnificently rebuilt by the Regional Government through the 2019 Regional Budget. Hopefully, with the rebuilding of this building, it can further enhance community activities in the Kelurahan environment.
