★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and luxurious.
I arrive here early in the morning, the patient not already coming and have parking easily to have a blood test at level 4.
But when I finished the process when I went back the parking area (level B1) was crowded, other car blocking my car out.
I think the management should take a system to keep car move in and out easily.
Parking fee was around 3.000 IDR for first hour.
When I arrive at midday the Saturday, the parking area was crowded also. Luckily I get at level B1 again and I notice that the lift to the registration room was also crowded
both the patient and his or her family waiting so long to up and down the lift.
There is 3 lift to control 8 level. The patient will wait more than 5minutes to move 1 level.
The management should consider to make effective for patients to go up and down and maybe put one service man to help the patient.
Every level have toilet for man and woman also for patients with disabilities.
At the time I visited this hospital, the system information was still in progress with automatic drug treatment for patients.
We must pay the drug at the bank that is far enough away from pharmacy and then back again to take drugs. And we must get print queue. They must put one service man at the machine to do that.
There's still need information systems change toward improvement.
Bravo Carolus Hospital become a better than other hospitals.
