Some of the typical food products of Muaragembong UMKM's, according to the former Secretary of the Tourism Office, include processing snacks made from mangrove fruit, lunkhead, syrup, and processed mangrove sticks.
In connection with the increasing number of local tourists visiting the tourist area of Muaragembong Beach, Junaefi also wants to create a local gallery in the Muaragembong area.
"So at the local level we have galleries, at the district level we also have galleries, namely the Graha Wisata Building.
For galleries at the local level, Junaefi appointed the Agricultural Building Hall of Muaragembong District.
So far, every Saturday and Sunday there are always many people who come to Muaragembong for tours. In addition, many also come to just fish.
With so many local tourists coming to Muaragembong, Junaefi said, it could have an economic impact on the community. They can increase their income by becoming food craftsmen.
"We are also introducing other snacks such as rebon shrimp, watermelon typical of Muaragembong, salted fish, thornless milkfish and other typical beach foods," he said in an interview.
