★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung khusus rawat jalan untuk yang menggunakan biaya pribadi, bukan asuransi. Ada dokter THT dan spesialis anak di lt. Satu. Ada ruang untuk menyusui. Tempat pendaftaran pindah di pojok. Tempat duduk untuk menunggu kurang banyak, jadi ada beberapa pasien & keluarga pengantar terpaksa berdiri....

The registration place is moved in the corner. There is not enough seating to wait, so there are a number of patients & their families are forced to stand ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung Al Falah klinik khusus rawat jal bagi yang berobat menggunakan biaya sendiri. Fasilitas cukup baik, ada toilet, lift khusus passanger jika masuk dari pintu utama RS. Tapi sayang tempat tunggu yang kurang memadai untuk peserta rawat jalan.
The Al Falah building is a specialized outpatient clinic for patients who seek medical treatment at their own expense. The facilities are quite good, there is a toilet, a special passanger elevator if entering from the main door of the hospital. But unfortunately the waiting place is inadequate for outpatients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat menunggu kurang memadai jika pasien sedang banyak. Pelayanan lumayan baik. Hanya saja agak terganggu dengan dokter2 muda yang berkumpul di dalam ruangan dokter yang ikut memeriksa pasien, jadi terasa sempit ruangan periksanya, tidak ada privasi + tdk senyum ramah thd pasien ?
