1. Untuk posisi selang pengisian harus sesuai dengan posisi mulut tanki (kiri atau kanan), itu yg bikin antrian mengular panjang, klo ga sesuai ya antara ngantri ulang atau tinggalin.
2. Utk pembayaran debit, kata petugasnya cuma bisa BCA/Mandiri, selain itu ga bisa. (Padahal mah EDC kedua bank tersebut bisa utk transaksi bank apa saja selama sesama debit) Toh klo kena charge yg nanggung si pemilik kartu. Entah kebijakan dari menejmn pom atau si petugas not training well. antrian berantakan, salah satu sumber kemacetan klo mau ke arah bogor nih
